The Lodge is working in the Orient of Europe, it means that the Lodge is a traveling Lodge and will conduct works on various parts of the continent. Curently it works, among others in Poland, Belgium, France, Estonia, Finland, Austria and Latvia. Respectable Lodge Synergy works in English language.

It accepts both men and women. It works in the French Rite and in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
