We Weep, but Hope Lives in Our Hearts.

Last week, during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, we paused to reflect on those who have concluded their earthly journey and transitioned to the Eternal East. In this spirit of reflection, we honor the memory of Sisters and Brothers whose dedication and contributions have shaped our shared ideals and values.

In recent days, a delegation from our lodge had the honor of attending the farewell ceremony for Brother Jan, who has departed, leaving a profound legacy behind. He was the Worshipful Master of the Kraków Lodge “Gabriel Narutowicz,” affiliated with the Grand Orient de France. His life was full of challenges, which he faced with humility and strength, dedicating himself to the welfare of his Sisters, Brothers, and the entire community.

Brother Jan not only leaves behind the memory of his work and dedication but also a lasting testament to his commitment to Masonic values. His contributions to the life of the Order and his unwavering determination in fulfilling its mission will forever be a guiding light for us as we navigate days of both joy and difficulty. His life and accomplishments serve as an inspiration for us to continue his work, always striving to strengthen our community based on the principles of freedom, equality, and fraternity.

May the memory of Brother Jan remain a lasting symbol in our history. With respect and gratitude, we remember his life, his dedication, and his unwavering commitment, which will forever hold a place in the hearts of our community.
