The Lodge Abraxas works in the Memphis-Misraim Rite, one of the most esoteric Masonic rites, which was formed in the nineteenth century as a synthesis of several previously practiced initiation methods.
Cultivating the rite of Memphis-Misraim, the workshop is based on a message line directly from Robert Ambelain – who was one of his most distinguished practitioners and reformers.
The name Abraxas appears in Persian and Gnostic mythology as a term for the Supreme Deity, while in Hellenistic documents devoted to magic it is synonymous with fullness.
Lodge Abraxas works alternately in Warsaw and Poznań.
